Duties and Responsibilities

Dental Billing Experience is required. ( Please do not apply if you don't have any Dental billing experience )

In-depth knowledge of the claim denial process for all PPO and Medicaid insurance

Submit electronic and manual claims

Have a complete understanding of PPO insurance

Ability to navigate through insurance portals to locate member EOB's and eligibility

Enter insurance payments and explanation of benefits into patient charts

Monitor insruance aging report

Send patient statements in cases that are warranted
