Digital Experience Lead (Remote local to Los Angeles, California preferred )
Job Overview
Seeking a Digital Experience Lead to define and execute global digital strategy across owned channels (website, email, campaigns). Blend strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive performance, engagement, and cohesive customer journeys. Partner with Head of Digital, CRM, Social, regional marketing, and Digital Platforms teams to develop guidelines, content frameworks, and standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Front-of-House Digital Strategy:
- Shape global strategy for website, email, campaigns; develop content pillars, audience frameworks, editorial standards; build governance models, playbooks; align with Social/CRM; leverage SEO/GEO for discoverability.
- Cross-Channel Orchestration:
- Own digital activations for global campaigns; coordinate with Regional Marketing, Creative, CRM; align timing/messaging; define integrated models connecting social, email, owned experiences.
- Performance Strategy &
- Optimization:
- Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, reporting; drive A/B testing, CRO, content analysis; monitor search/AI trends; translate insights into strategy refinements.
- Digital Platform Partnership:
- Define experience requirements; contribute to platform roadmaps; support CMS workflows, new capability rollouts.
- Collaboration &
- Enablement:
Provide guidance to regional teams; create playbooks/resources; build relationships across Marketing, CRM, Social, Platforms, Creative.
- Required Skills &
- Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital marketing, digital experience strategy, content operations, or performance marketing.
- Experience owning cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of digital best practices, performance frameworks, CMS platforms, publishing workflows.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution; excellent communication/collaboration.
