Digital Illustration Needed for Equipment Installation Diagram (Print-Ready)

We’re looking for a skilled freelance illustrator or technical designer to convert our hand-drawn installation sketches into a clean, professional digital illustration.

This illustration will be used as a client-facing install guide, so it must be clear, polished, and suitable for printing and PDF distribution.

Project Scope:

• Convert handwritten/sketched installation drawings into a professional digital format

• Create a clear, easy-to-understand layout that explains equipment placement and connections

• Maintain accuracy while improving visual clarity and presentation

• Final artwork should be clean, labeled (if applicable), and client-ready

Deliverables:

• High-resolution, print-ready digital illustration

• File formats such as PDF + editable source file (AI, PSD, or similar)

• Black & white or minimal-color design that prints well

What We’ll Provide:

• Handwritten drawings / rough sketches

• Basic context on the equipment and installation flow

• Brand direction (simple, clean, professional — not overly technical or cartoonish)

Ideal Freelancer:

• Experience with technical drawings, schematics, or installation guides

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable translating rough sketches into polished visuals

• Experience creating print-ready files

Bonus: background in engineering, industrial design, architecture, or product illustration

Timeline:
