About the position
- Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest to drive online sales.
- Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and ad placement strategies to ensure maximum visibility and conversion rates.
- Allocate and manage paid media budgets to achieve defined sales and ROI targets, monitoring daily spend and campaign performance.
- Continuously test ad creative, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance using A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders, showcasing campaign effectiveness and opportunities for growth.
- Partner with creative, product, and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages optimized for conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to identify new growth opportunities.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other data tools.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding e-commerce sales and ROAS targets through paid advertising.
- Knowledge of customer acquisition funnels and e-commerce best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
