The company is now a part of Internet Brands, a KKR portfolio company and owner of WebMD Health Corp.DescriptionWe are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and commercially-minded Director of Markets Management to lead our efforts in developing and managing PulsePoint-sourced and curated supply products. You will lead the strategy, development, and management of our Curated Markets offering, inclusive of Endemic/EHR/POC supply, as well as other evergreen Private Marketplace deals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create unique, high-quality experiences that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Your leadership will be pivotal in establishing partnerships with supply-side partners that support these offerings, enhancing product selection, and ensuring that our offerings drive healthcare marketing outcomes.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising, data and signals, supply chain dynamics, and quality assurance processes, along with a passion for data-driven decision-makingKey Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the vision and strategy for PulsePoint sourced and curated supply, including our Curated Markets offering, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.Supply Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with partners and suppliers to curate a diverse and high-quality selection of supply offerings.Product Development: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and launch curated supply that resonate with our brand and agency clients.User Experience Optimization: Work with UX/UI teams to enhance the advertiser journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience on our DSP as it relates to PulsePoint- sourced and curated supply.Market Analysis and Customer Feedback: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences within curated supply offerings.Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of our curated supply initiatives and regularly report on performance to senior management.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive awareness and adoption of curated supply offerings across our client base.Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, representing PulsePoint at industry events and forums, with potential for participation on panels or speaking opportunities.Required Qualifications:8+ years of experience in marketplace management, digital advertising, or a related role, with a focus on curated supply offerings.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing curated supply initiatives on a DSP.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSP technologies, and supply chain management is a plus.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, even in situations where they are not the direct reporting manager.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.Time zone:9am-6pm ET preferred, but also open to PT/MT/CT hoursWhat weāll give to you:Comprehensive healthcare with medical, dental, and vision options, and 100%-paid life & disability insurance401(k) MatchGenerous paid vacation and sick timePaid parental leave & adoption assistanceAnnual tuition assistanceBetter Yourself Wellness programGroup volunteer opportunities and fun eventsCommuting subsidy and commuter benefits (for those working hybrid in our Newark, NJ office)A referral bonus program -- we love hiring referrals here at PulsePointAnd thereās a lot more!Selection Process:Initial Phone Screen (30 minutes)Hiring Manager Interview (30 minutes)Team Interview (30 minutes each with 2 people this role will be working closely with) * Case Study
