- Execute the strategic channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned markets.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
- Strategic account management for assigned partners, ensuring the success of the partnership as demonstrated by revenue growth and expansion of the relationship.
- Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any challenges.
- Ensure that all negotiation and execution of contracts, technical support, and customer support is delivered to exceed partner expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including market planning, marketing, product, legal, and customer support teams, to ensure channel partners have the tools and information needed to succeed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform channel sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and strengthen channel relationships.
- 10+ years of experience in channel sales, with a focus on Public Safety and Defense & Intelligence markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the Public Safety and Defense & Intelligence markets, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Travel required, up to 60%.
