As the Director of Content Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of high-quality content that engages key audiences throughout the customer journey. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy, campaign goals, and business objectives. From thought leadership and research to customer stories and multimedia formats, you will shape and scale a content engine that fuels growth and awareness.Accountabilities:
- Own and execute the content strategy to support awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
- Develop and manage high-value content such as white papers, customer stories, research reports, and thought leadership.
- Repurpose core content across formats (blog, social media, email, webinars, sales assets, etc.).
- Lead content initiatives for product launches, campaigns, and key business priorities.
- Oversee content performance metrics and optimize based on data and audience insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure message alignment across functions.
- Manage editorial calendars, workflows, and partnerships with agencies and freelance writers.
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or related fields in a content marketing capacity.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills; able to turn complex topics into clear narratives.
- Proven success aligning content strategies with buyer journeys and business goals.
- Strong knowledge of content repurposing across multiple channels and audience touchpoints.
- Experience using data and analytics to measure performance and inform future strategy.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, demand gen, and customer teams.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing best practices, and content distribution strategies.
- Experience managing editorial processes, agency relationships, and external contributors.
