POSITION OVERVIEW
Emerge Global Solutions LLC is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Director of Marketing, Social Media, & Strategic Communication to lead and execute our full marketing and digital presence as we scale our reach and impact. This is an expanded, high-visibility role that combines brand strategy, multi-channel marketing, and hands-on social media leadership — all under one roof.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a skilled executor — equally comfortable developing a marketing roadmap and showing up daily to build community, create content, and convert followers into clients. You will work directly with the CEO and contractor team to position Emerge Global Solutions LLC as the premier destination for professional women seeking career and business transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
► Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Emerge’s mission, brand identity, and business growth goals
► Serve as a brand ambassador for Emerge Global Solutions across all external-facing channels, partnerships, and platforms
► Define and drive the company’s positioning in the leadership coaching, executive development, and women’s empowerment space
► Collaborate with the CEO to ensure brand consistency across all communications, campaigns, and client touchpoints
► Support preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and partnership materials as directed by the CEO
Social Media Management & Strategy
► Own and execute Emerge’s full social media presence across LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
► Develop and implement a 90-day rolling social media strategy with clear goals, content pillars, posting cadence, and performance benchmarks
► Create and publish engaging content, including thought leadership posts, carousels, short-form video (Reels), stories, and behind-the-scenes content
► Build and maintain a content calendar that supports lead generation, brand authority, audience growth, and consistent engagement
► Execute a daily engagement system — responding to comments and DMs, interacting with target accounts, and growing the CEO’s professional network strategically
► Monitor social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to continuously refine the strategy
► Explore and manage influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and cross-promotional opportunities to expand reach
Content Creation & Campaign Management
► Design, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and events
► Oversee development of compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, speaking assets, and promotional materials
► Create on-brand visual content using Canva or similar tools, in alignment with Emerge’s brand guidelines (red, black, and white)
► Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive leads, including free consultation offers, lead magnets, and promotional services
Analytics, Performance & Reporting
► Analyze and track performance metrics across all marketing and social media channels, translating data into actionable insights
► Manage the marketing budget and demonstrate clear project ROI to the CEO on a monthly basis
► Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports covering follower growth, engagement rate, link clicks, inbound inquiries, and booked calls
► Identify growth opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights
Partnerships & External Relations
► Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets, brand partners, conference organizers, and aligned influencers
► Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners to support co-marketing opportunities
► Represent Emerge’s brand with professionalism and purpose at events, expos, and digital activations
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
► Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent 7–10 years of directly relevant experience
► Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and social media strategies,
