We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatch / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of service calls, while also providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is capable of multitasking with accuracy and professionalism.

Schedule and dispatch service technicians, drivers, or field staff based on customer needs and availability.
Monitor field staff locations and job statuses to optimize route efficiency and response times.
Communicate job details, instructions, and updates to field personnel in real time.
Adjust schedules as needed due to cancellations, delays, or emergencies.

Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding service requests, inquiries, or issues.
Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, and follow-up procedures.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and deescalate as necessary.
Maintain customer records in CRM or dispatch software systems.

Input and update job tickets, customer data, and service records.
Generate and send confirmations, invoices, or service reports as needed.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, billing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.

High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or administrative support (industry experience a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
