Ecommerce Virtual Assistant (Shopify, Airtable, Meta Ads) – Ongoing, Part-Time

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to join our team on an ongoing basis. The role will involve:

• Setting up and managing products on our ecommerce platform (Shopify, Storyblok). Note, our setup is quite custom.

• Sourcing data from platforms including Airtable and Notion.

• Assisting with setting up and managing ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

• Experience with Shopify is preferred.

• Familiarity with Airtable and Notion is a plus.

Job Details:

• Ongoing role (approx. 2 hours per day).

• Flexible working hours, but must be reliable and consistent.
