- IT experience (7 years);
- Experience with business intelligence tools and systems (5 years);
- Experience in the use of OLAP tools for data extraction, collection, and performing complex queries;
- Experience with advanced statistical techniques, econometrics, and predictive modeling using large datasets;
- Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, Python) and advanced data visualization tools;
- Experience with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Florida's REACH Act;
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in using OLAP tools, writing reports, and reviewing queries for performance issues, implementing changes as needed;
- Participate in the design and development of reports and create comprehensive user documentation;
- Monitor customer usage, upgrade enterprise-wide query and reporting tools, and ensure the security of front-end components;
- Maintain metadata coordination and support production systems using process and data modeling methodologies;
- Identify trends and forecast employment needs to evaluate the effectiveness of workforce development programs;
- Assess the economic impact of workforce policies and provide evidence-based recommendations to inform decision-making;
- Translate complex economic data into clear, actionable insights for policymakers and stakeholders via technical reports and dashboards;
- Coordinate with state agencies, educational institutions, and industry partners on multidisciplinary research teams.
