We are seeking an experienced education-focused researcher and writer to support the development of professional development (PD) materials for schools and career support resources for educators.

This role requires someone who understands education deeply and can translate research into practical, high-quality, classroom-ready and career-ready materials.

Scope of Work:

Research and develop professional development content for educators (topics may include executive functioning, classroom management, differentiation, trauma-informed practices, and more)

Create clear, engaging, and actionable PD materials (slides, guides, frameworks, and training outlines)

Support development of career services materials (resumes, cover letter frameworks, educator career guides, etc.)

Translate research into practical strategies that educators can immediately apply

Collaborate on refining and organizing existing materials

Ideal Candidate:

Background in education (teacher, instructional coach, school leader, or education consultant strongly preferred)

Strong experience in curriculum writing, instructional design, or PD development

Excellent writing and organization skills

Ability to take complex ideas and make them clear and actionable

Experience creating materials for educators (not just general content writing)

Important Notes:

This is NOT generic content writing β€” education experience is required

Work must be high-quality, practical, and aligned with real classroom and school needs

Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines is essential
