Position: Email Marketing and Campaign Specialist (Remote)

As an Email Marketing and Campaign Specialist at Ascent
360, you will play a key role in helping new clients achieve rapid time-to-value with our Customer Data Platform (CDP). This role focuses on creating high-quality, AI-assisted email templates, building targeted audiences, and configuring automated campaigns that drive measurable ROI as quickly as possible. You will be hands‑on in executing the foundational marketing programs that set our clients up for long-term success.

This is a part‑time and/or contractor role with the opportunity to grow into full‑time based on performance and company needs.Essential Functions:
• Build polished, on‑brand email templates using AI‑assisted tools and best‑practice design principles
• Create targeted audience segments using client data within the Ascent
360 platform
• Configure automated email campaigns, including scheduling, trigger logic, and performance monitoring
• Ensure all email builds follow deliverability, accessibility, and mobile‑responsive standards
• Provide recommendations on email strategy, segmentation, and automation opportunities
Experience
• · Experience working in a SaaS company in a similar email creating and marketing role
• · Hospitality experience is a plus (resorts, destinations, attractions, lodging, or similar sectors)
• · Experience with other email builders, automation tools, and data‑driven marketing workflows
• · Familiarity with HTML email best practices is a plus
