About the position

    Responsibilities
  • Create, code, and implement responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and inline styling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email campaigns from concept to deployment.
  • Leverage internal customer data to design and optimize email journeys for a personalized experience.
  • Perform rigorous testing and troubleshooting to ensure emails render correctly across all platforms and browsers.
  • Implement dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation strategies to enhance email relevancy.
  • Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance and analyze results for future campaigns.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and generate reports to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for email communications.
  • Partner with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to develop cohesive email content.
    Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in email development or a related role.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and email-specific coding best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of email design principles, including responsive and mobile-first design.
