We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adult Education Instructor to join our team at the Greensburg Learning Center in Indiana. As an Adult Education Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping adult learners achieve their educational goals and obtain their Indiana High School Equivalency Diploma.

Job Summary:

• Provide instruction and support to adult learners in preparation for the Indiana High School Equivalency Diploma


• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of adult learners


• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and data in accordance with DWD and Adult Education policy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; teaching license preferred


• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of learners and staff


• Proficiency in using technology and software programs to facilitate instruction


• Pass a Criminal History Background Check
