## Role Overview

We are seeking English-speaking contributors to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content.

In this role, you will adopt a user mindset to create realistic prompts, assess model responses, and contribute to improving the reasoning, clarity, and usefulness of large language models.

This is a flexible freelance opportunity ideal for strong writers, analysts, and generalists interested in AI development.

## Key Responsibilities

• Produce natural, user-focused prompts reflecting real-world use cases
• Evaluate and rank AI-generated responses
• Assess outputs for clarity, reasoning, usefulness, and accuracy
• Provide clear written justifications for evaluations
• Contribute across multiple AI training projects based on your skills

## Ideal Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent writing ability with clear and structured communication
• High attention to detail and ability to evaluate nuanced outputs
• Ability to think from a user perspective and simulate real-world queries

## Preferred Qualifications

• Background in literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, or related fields
• Experience in writing, editing, or content strategy
• Familiarity or interest in AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies

## Work Details

## Compensation

• **Base Pay:** Up to $15 per hour
• Additional incentives available (average ~7.5% bonus; top performers up to ~11%)
• Rates may vary based on expertise, location, and project type
