We are building Docado - a B2B SaaS platform in the freight/logistics space focused on document integrity, operational control, and automated proof-of-delivery validation.

This is not a logo project.

We are looking for a senior brand strategist who specializes in enterprise SaaS positioning and category creation.

The goal is to define Docado’s strategic brand foundation so it can scale as a serious infrastructure-level product - not just a feature tool.

We want Docado to feel premium, trusted, controlled, and enterprise-ready.

We are seeking a strategist who can help us define:

  • Clear enterprise positioning
  • Category definition (what we are and what we are not)
  • Ideal customer profile (carrier size, broker type, compliance-driven ops teams)
  • Core messaging pillars
  • Value narrative (operational control, risk reduction, automation)
  • Tone of voice (calm, confident, infrastructure-grade)
  • Competitive differentiation
  • Brand personality
  • High-level tagline direction
  • Messaging hierarchy for website and sales

This is thinking work, not graphic design.

  • Automates broker transmission
  • Prevents late fees
  • Reduces operational friction

We are positioning it as infrastructure, not a productivity app

.

Who we are looking for:

  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS brand strategy
  • Experience positioning fintech / compliance / logistics / enterprise software
  • Ability to build category-level narratives
  • Strategic thinker, not just copywriter
  • Portfolio showing enterprise-level positioning work

We are not looking for:

  • Logo designers
  • Social media branding
  • Influencer-style marketing
  • Trend-based startup aesthetics

Initial engagement: 2–4 week strategy sprint

Remote, async-friendly

Please include examples of enterprise SaaS positioning work and explain your approach to category creation.
