Enterprise Legal Sales - AI Startup ($500K Equity Track)
The Product:
DiscoveryNLU.studio (launching June) revolutionizes legal document discovery using Google's Vector Search 2.0. We reduce attorney review time by 70%, directly attacking a $4.8B market.
The Role:
We need a highly sophisticated Enterprise Sales Representative. You will be conducting consultative sales cycles directly with Managing Partners, Heads of E-Discovery, and C-Suite legal executives at mid-market and BigLaw firms.
The Compensation (Milestone-Based):
- We are an aggressively capital-efficient, Google-backed startup. In lieu of an initial base salary, you are granted immediate high-percentage revenue share and a massive equity package.
- Phase 1 (Validation): 100% Commission. You earn 20% of gross revenue on all deals closed. Given the ACV of legal tech, a single firm pilot can generate massive commissions.
- The Equity (Granted Day 1): You receive 0.5% in stock options (standard 4-year vest, 6-month cliff). Based on our conservative Series B valuation targets, these options are projected to accrue to $500,000 in value within 24 months.
- Phase 2 (The Unlock): Upon securing $20,000 in MRR (roughly 2-4 mid-market law firms), you automatically convert to a full-time executive package.
- *Full-Time Package: *$90,000 - $110,000 Base Salary (commensurate with experience) + 10% Commission (Equity continues to vest).
Who You Are:
You possess a highly sophisticated, polished executive presence.
No JD required, but extensive, proven experience selling to law firms is mandatory.
You bring an existing "Rolodex" and deep network within major legal markets (NYC, SF, DC, TX, Chicago, Boston).
You understand consultative Challenger selling. You can explain complex AI vector search concepts in terms of billable hours and margin improvement.
