- Responsibilities:
- Complete structured training and mentorship program.
- Prepare for and pass the Life Insurance Producer license exam (state requirement).
- Provide clients with basic financial education and protection solutions.
- Manage your own schedule and client outreach.
- Grow your business with support from experienced advisors and leadership
- Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn.
- Minimum of a college degree (or currently enrolled).
- Willing to obtain a life insurance license (exam support provided).
