Entry Level Veeva CLM Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will support the development and execution of interactive digital marketing content within a highly regulated environment. This role focuses on managing and delivering interactive visual aids and marketing assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong project management, digital content development, and stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage interactive visual aid content using digital content platforms

• Build and deploy marketing materials within content management systems using provided assets

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to update and refine design elements

• Manage content through review and approval workflows in a regulated environment

• Maintain and optimize reusable templates and digital content components

• Provide recommendations for platform improvements and content enhancements

• Support multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or related field

• Experience creating and managing digital marketing content in content management systems

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Veeva CRM, and Workfront

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail with editing and proofreading capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare

• Familiarity with interactive marketing content development and deployment

• Experience working with design tools such as Figma

• Prior experience working with digital marketing or creative agencies
