ERP Data & Analytics Program Manager 100% Remote
ERP Data & Analytics Program Manager 100% Remote
- Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and Delivery Management
- Build and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, and critical paths (Gantt charts).
- Track dependencies across D&A and the Project Independence Team; manage RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
- Coordinate UAT planning and execution, including test scope, entry/exit criteria, schedules, defect triage, and signoffs.
- Represent D&A in ERP program meetings and status updates; ensure D&A timelines and dependencies are identified and managed.
- Collaborate with the PMO on Change Management and convey detailed scope such that D&A have documented evidence of what it will have at go-live and what will be deprecated or excluded.
- Drive delivery cadence: status reporting, standups, stakeholder readouts, and executive updates; ensure on-time delivery.
- Data and Requirements
- Lead source-to-target data mapping from ERP modules to the Lakehouse, including lineage and transformation notes.
- Collaborate with the PMO on RICEFW (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows), specifically to understand what users will use report wise from D&A's side vs. directly in Oracle. And for integrations, where D&A's DE/BI teams are concerned, ensure that D&A gets the data it needs to populate its reports and Lakehouse accordingly, with specifications on the integration points for implementation.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for data engineers; maintain a prioritized, groomed backlog.
- Partner with data engineering on integration patterns, sequencing for migration/cutover, and reconciliation plans.
- Support data quality validations and UAT defect resolution.
- Stakeholder Management and Governance
- Align priorities and timelines across D&A, the Project Independence Team, and adjacent groups as applicable.
- Proactively escalate risks and decision needs; facilitate cross-functional resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, change requests, and audit-ready artifacts.
- Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise programs, preferably ERP implementations or integrations.
- Oracle Fusion ERP experience strongly preferred (module familiarity and underlying data structures). Strong experience with another ERP (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) considered if data/process fluency is strong.
- Demonstrated success coordinating UAT, managing cross-team dependencies, and driving delivery in cloud/data platform environments under formal change management practices.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping and integration workflows; familiarity with Lakehouse concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to represent D&A in executive and program forums.
- Proficiency with Project Management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project or Smartsheet, Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, PowerPoint).
- Ability to translate ERP process/data knowledge into clear stories and acceptance criteria for data engineering.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion integration patterns (e.g., OIC, REST APIs, FBDI, BI Publisher).
- You have led at least one Fusion implementation that contained Financials (ERP) and Procurement in its functional scope.
- Familiarity with several of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services like SFTP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Automated Transaction Processing (ATP) database functionality.
- Exposure to Lakehouse technologies (e.g., Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Synapse, Snowflake) and basic SQL for validation.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM/SAFe, or equivalent practical experience.
