  • About the Client:Inner Circle Agency is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, medical supply manufacturer and distributor in the U.S. With high-volume fulfillment operations and a strong technology focus, they are investing heavily in ERP optimization to support continued growth and operational efficiency.

Role Overview:
We're searching for an ERP expert with a handle on Microsoft Dynamics, specifically in the finance and operations side (F&O). This role is not a people management or project management position - it is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real system problems, evaluating root causes, and keeping a complex ERP environment running efficiently at scale.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Own day-to-day support and optimization of Dynamics 365 F&O (SCM + Finance)
  • Triage and resolve system issues (configuration, process, or code-related)
  • Support warehouse operations, inventory, and multi-DC workflows
  • Partner with Finance during and after the F&O Finance module launch
  • Evaluate and improve system efficiency, scalability, and automation
  • Review and assess customizations (X++) and integrations
  • Support onboarding of new distribution center
  • Qualifications:
    Required:
  • 5-7+ years hands-on ERP experience, including supporting both Operations and Finance
  • 2-3 years hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Prior D365 F&O implementation experience
  • Strong functional knowledge across both Supply Chain Management and Finance
  • Experience supporting warehouse and inventory-heavy environments
  • Ability to travel monthly within the U.S.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with multiple distribution centers
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Azure, and Data Lake environments
  • Exposure to warehouse automation and EDI workflows
  • Ability to review and make minor X++ code adjustments
