Executive Assistant, Social Media Support – Part-time
- Job Description:
- Manage email, may handle sensitive information, calendars, and multiple communication platforms
- Email triage, folder organization, may handle sensitive information and consistent follow-ups
- Scheduling discovery calls and appointments to optimize the schedule
- Scheduling and monitoring posts
- Managing 5–7 communication platforms (e.g., Instagram DMs, OnlyFans)
- Working with our Team Leader and Account Manager to track performance and integration
- Supporting the work with high discretion and maintaining strict privacy
- Demonstrating consistent follow-through while managing sensitive information
- Requirements:
- 1 year or more of experience in administrative/virtual assistance or related roles
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace
- Ability to demonstrate “grit”—patience, proactive questioning, and emotional stability
- Ability to work primarily through electronic communication
- A nuanced understanding of this specific professional field and the sensitivity of the work
- High discretion, a non-judgmental approach, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
