  • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Administrative Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and timely entering and monitoring client and treatment information into careerzynith's database system
  • Reviewing errors in the Batch Error Handler and taking necessary follow-up actions to ensure data accuracy
  • Running reports and initiating corrective action to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
  • Reviewing and completing clinical transactions that won't complete through the Ready to Complete process
  • Entering diagnosis documents as needed
  • Performing entry/computer scoring of psychological tests, MMPI and CPI, as assigned
  • Monitoring and maintaining test administrations inventory
  • Testing IS functions as they are developed and/or modified
  • Serving as a data resource for clinical and support staff
  • Ensuring proper filing and storage of data entry documents
  • Staying current with trends and developments related to essential job competencies and demonstrating continued growth
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An Associate's degree in business or a closely related field (or four years of experience in data interpretation, retrieval, entry, and report writing from a database)
  • Experience working in a networked environment, including troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of personal auto insurance policy
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Specific education/training in computer science
  • Experience in a healthcare/behavioral healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with careerzynith's database system and IS functions
