- *The Role**
As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you'll be based at San Francisco International Airport and work with one of our airline clients, with opportunities to train with others in time. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, handling various tasks, and working collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless operations. Your role will involve:
- Interacting with passengers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes
- Assisting passengers with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance or special meal requests
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

- Customer service experience, although not required
