As an Associate Analyst IT CTS, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to careerzynith crewmembers. Your primary duties will include:

• **Offering help** for all careerzynith equipment/applications, including communication and cell phones
• **Providing magnificent on-site and remote customer service** for careerzynith crewmembers
• **Organizing the goal of episodes/demands** from start to finish with internal and external resources
