Experienced Base (Blockchain) Developer for Web3 Project
- We are looking for an experienced Base (Coinbase L2) blockchain developer to join our Web3 project.
- *About the Project:**
- We are building a decentralized application (dApp) on the Base blockchain, Coinbase's Layer 2 solution built on the OP Stack. The project involves developing smart contracts and integrating them with our frontend application.
- *Requirements:**
- Strong proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development
- Experience with the Base blockchain ecosystem or other EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum)
- Familiarity with Hardhat, Foundry, or similar development frameworks
- Understanding of DeFi protocols, NFTs, or related Web3 concepts
- Experience with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, wagmi, viem)
- Knowledge of security best practices and common smart contract vulnerabilities
- *Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop secure smart contracts on Base
- Write comprehensive tests and documentation
- Conduct code reviews and implement security best practices
- Collaborate with the frontend team for seamless integration
- Optimize gas efficiency and transaction costs
- *Nice to Have:**
- Experience with The Graph for indexing
- Previous work on Optimism or other OP Stack chains
- Familiarity with account abstraction (ERC-4337)
