  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide quality and professional customer service to participants, including use of proper telephone etiquette
  • Process enrollments and qualified life events updates
  • Educate members about enrollment options
  • Ensure follow up on all calls that need resolution
  • Bring issues to the supervisor's attention
  • Provide backup to other areas, based on business needs during call center downtime
  • Demonstrate a positive and cooperative work attitude, encourage teamwork among fellow employees
  • Follow HIPAA Guidelines, Rules and Regulations
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Agent
  • Proven customer service and/or insurance sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, and follow-through skills
  • Previous experience using online enrollment platforms, and support ticketing systems

  • Experience working in the employee benefits industry
  • Knowledge of HIPAA Guidelines, Rules and Regulations
