- *Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and solutions questions, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, have a passion for customer service, and are eager to learn and grow, we want you to join our team!
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

- Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
