We're seeking an experienced bilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for performing call center duties, conducting surveys, and providing exceptional support to our clients.   • *Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
  • Place outgoing calls to defined survey targets and conduct interviews using pre-scripted interview tools
  • Accurately complete surveys for each assigned target and enter results into the survey collection instrument
  • Consistently meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner
  • Perform general duties such as filing, electronic faxing, telephone use, and data entry
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional support to clients through phone, email, and chat
  • *Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimum supervision
  • Detail-oriented with accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly, articulate, and professionally in positive or negative situations
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work in a shared work environment and wear a headset
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • *Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements**
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Experience working with surveys and data collection instruments a plus
  • *Physical Requirements**
  • Constant communication with others regarding employment-related information or instruction
  • Constant use of standard office equipment, such as computers and telephones, to receive and share information
  • Ability to read and interpret information displayed on a computer screen
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Occasional lifting of light objects up to 25 pounds
