As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and sales expertise. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide product information
- Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and sales goals
- *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience working with multilingual customers
