About the Role


We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English to work remotely in Sacramento, CA. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their experiences are nothing short of exceptional. Key Responsibilities



  • Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns

  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful answers, resolving issues with empathy and a smile

  • Utilize your product or service knowledge to consult with customers, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions

  • Collaborate with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals, contributing to the overall success of our customer experience initiatives

What You Bring to the Table


To succeed in this role, you'll need:



  • At least 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in Spanish-English communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge

  • Computer experience, with proficiency in using various software applications and high-speed internet (> 15mbps) for optimal performance

Essential Qualifications


In addition to the above requirements, you'll need to reside within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA, and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications


While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:



  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms

  • A certification in customer service or a related field, demonstrating your commitment to exceptional customer experiences
