As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues
- Providing exceptional customer service through empathy, active listening, and effective communication
- Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or team leaders as needed
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- *A Typical Day in Your Role**
- You'll start your day by reviewing your schedule and prioritizing your tasks
- You'll answer incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers, using your excellent communication skills to resolve their issues
- You'll conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- You'll work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- You'll participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve your skills and knowledge
- *What You Bring to the Role**
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications
- High-speed internet connection (>25mbps) and a hardwired connection to your home router
