As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the freedom to work at your own pace. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Answer inbound customer calls in English and Spanish, resolving issues and providing personalized support
• Problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while maintaining a high-paced call volume
• Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
• Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
• Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
• Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
• Report to an assigned supervisor
• Reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia

• *System Requirements**

• Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, operating on Windows 10 and not older than 3 years
• Headset compatible with careerzynith specifications (careerzynith reimburses $75 for headset)
• High-speed internet connection. Satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option
• Provide standard copper line phone service from a local phone company or bundled service from your internet provider

• *Training Schedule**

• Your careerzynith career begins with a paid (5) week training period where full attendance and participation are required through the duration of the training
• Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ
