We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our BeHive team in Grand Forks, ND. As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting our retail stores. As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital communication channels
- Handling customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty
- Completing a sales process while initiating calls to prospects and existing customers to present products or services, highlight features and benefits, and close sales
- Staying organized in scheduling and executing follow-up for customers who have shown interest but have not yet ordered
- Exceeding monthly targets to help yourself and your team achieve goals
- Manufacturing and maintaining leads from different campaigns and keeping accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales orders
- Entering and updating all necessary information in our communication platforms
- Communicating and collaborating with your team and support careerzynith locations to hit targets and work to improve customer experiences
- Sharing insights and feedback on customer issues and foreseeing trends with the customer experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
