As an Experienced Business License Research Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting industry and location-specific research for our clients, identifying all federal, state, county, and city level business licensing requirements
• Creating business-specific research packages for timely delivery to clients
• Identifying and compiling licensure specifications in both PDF and Excel formats, including:
+ Forms+ Hyperlinks+ Supporting documents+ Exam requirements+ Prerequisites+ Turnaround times+ Fees+ Renewal data
• Communicating directly with government agencies to assist with business license research inquiries
• Providing research in connection with internal support tasks for other BL team members

• *Skills and Qualifications**

• Excellent customer relations and customer support skills
• Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex information
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
