To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 24 months of inbound/outbound call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and multi-line phone systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
