As a Call Center Agent/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide support, and enter data into our software programs. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility, allowing you to balance your time between our remote office and home.

  • *Key Responsibilities and Duties**
  • Make several outbound calls to customers on behalf of their insurance company to provide support and resolve inquiries
  • Log all necessary information into multiple software programs, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
  • Receive inbound calls from customers, following the same steps as above to provide exceptional support and resolve inquiries
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and a multi-line phone system to perform daily tasks
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide support
  • Enter data into our software programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • *Essential Qualifications and Skills**
  • 24 months of inbound/outbound call center experience
  • High School Graduate
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and a multi-line phone system
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to handle 100+ outbound calls per day
  • Proactive, motivated, outgoing, and prompt
  • *Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
  • Bilingual (a plus)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Ability to work some weekends
  • Proficient in CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
