We're seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative (REMOTE) to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences.   • *Responsibilities**

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative (REMOTE), you will be responsible for:

  • Processing orders, quoting, and helping team members work their overflow
  • Running reports in SAP and working collaboratively with the team
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Helping with debits, credits, and tracking shipments
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Providing follow-up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP (Data Entry, quoting) and Office 365
  • Self-motivation and a team-oriented approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service-related experience required
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • S/4 Hana experience
