We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chat Administrator to join our remote team. As a Chat Administrator, you'll be responsible for moderating our official Discord server, ensuring a positive and respectful community experience for our users. • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Chat Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

• Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules
• Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines and rules
• Banning users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines and rules
• Muting users who have violated our community guidelines and rules
• Investigating reports made by users about violations of our community guidelines and rules
• Managing our Chat Moderators and ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to perform their duties
• Managing the Discord server when higher levels of management are not present

• *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Discord and other online community management tools
