We're seeking experienced Chat Operators to join our team in Wichita, KS. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online conversations, providing exceptional customer service, and turning interactions into leads that drive revenue for our automotive dealer clients. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers through online conversations, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Represent careerzynith and our automotive dealer clients favorably, building rapport and trust with customers
- Turn conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients
- Utilize gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- *Requirements**
- Must live within the state of Kansas
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred

- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
- Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software

- Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
- Gaming experience and knowledge of online gaming communities
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in multiple languages
