- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer live chats in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Resolve Technical Issues: Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers via live chat, utilizing your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
- Provide Product Information: Offer product information, pricing, and availability to customers, ensuring that customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Customer Service Experience: 0-1 year of customer service experience (entry-level)
- Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
