As a Chat Support Specialist on our remote night shift team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming chats (orders, inquiries, complaints, etc.) and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, often using creative problem-solving skills
  • Placing outbound chats (regarding account status, complaints, account collection, etc.) to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction
  • Directing chats for further problem resolution, if necessary, and escalating complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including chat transcripts and issue resolutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth

To succeed as a Chat Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of work experience in a related field (e.g., customer service, technology, hospitality, or grocery & convenience)
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a fast-paced customer service role, preferably in the technology, hospitality, or grocery & convenience industries
