  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working closely with clients to address their concerns and resolve issues related to their insurance policies
  • Servicing client requests, including payments, endorsements, Evidence of Coverage, and other policy-related matters
  • Analyzing, drafting, and monitoring complex documents such as renewals, claims, applications, and statistical data to support ongoing business
  • Preparing and processing documents, including policies, renewals, claims, applications, changes, endorsements, binders, contracts, and other policy-related materials for assigned Sales Executives
  • Designing and preparing marketing/quoting information and presentation materials to support coverage requests with Sales Executives
  • Collaborating with Sales Executives to close new sales opportunities and drive business growth
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with at least five years' experience in Commercial Lines insurance preferred
  • A Property & Casualty Insurance License is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high level of customer focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong work ethic and high level of motivation

  • Experience working with complex insurance policies and contractual agreements
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and regulatory requirements
