• *Work Outline**

As an Experienced Content Moderator – Data Entry, Compliance Analytics, and Risk Assessment at careerzynith, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of compliance risk assessments of business activities for assigned areas of responsibility. You will lead the improvement of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and procedures, plan and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Monitoring Examination Chief, and analyze and record monitoring results. You will also prepare reports of checking results and provide reports to business leaders to use in mitigating potential compliance risks.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the preparation and execution of compliance risk assessments of business activities for assigned areas of responsibility
• Lead the improvement of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and procedures
• Plan and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Monitoring Examination Chief
• Analyze and record monitoring results
• Prepare reports of checking results and provide reports to business leaders to use in mitigating potential compliance risks
• Prepare and design reports of monitoring activities, results, and related remedial action plans (Covers)
• An Equivalent Open door Boss, including inability/veterans

• *Essential Capabilities**

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or examining capability (e.g., internal review, compliance checking) OR a High School Certificate/GED and at least 5 years of experience in a compliance checking or evaluating capability (e.g., internal review, compliance checking)
• At least 2 years of experience creating metrics, analyzing data, and converting it into information that can be used to identify potential risk areas or patterns
• Experience working with data analytical tools and processes
• At least 1 year of direct leadership, aberrant leadership, and/or cross-functional team management

• *Preferred Capabilities**

• At least 5 years of experience in a compliance checking or examining capability
• Experience with regulatory compliance requirements related to retail pharmacy and/or healthcare provider businesses industry
• Experience working with private or highly sensitive data
• Experience creating and conveying presentations to different audience levels within the organization
• Capability in using business intelligence software for data analysis, such as Business Items, Cognos, Scene, Masters, etc.
• Gifted in extracting and mining data, alongside mastery in data procurement, profiling, managing data warehouses, and understanding of statistical concepts like regression, data science, and AI
• High-level skills in creating and resolving SQL queries for large-scale database management
