- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Advisor at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and their caregivers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide personalized solutions that meet their unique requirements. This is a hybrid role, which means you'll work from home for most of the time, but you'll be required to come into our office in San Antonio, TX up to 3 days per week.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to high volumes of inbound calls from new and existing subscribers, handling caller needs with empathy and professionalism
- Actively listen to customers, providing caring and supportive responses while problem-solving to resolve customer issues
- Recommend product and value-added services that align with a customer's shared needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
- Protect customer information by adhering to all Federal and State regulations, including CPNI, PCI, and HIPAA
- Provide Phonebook support to customers, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of their queries
- *Basic Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or call center experience required
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment, with a strong focus on customer-centricity
- Experience working in a technology industry, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and innovations
- Experience working with senior-aged customers, with a sensitivity to their unique needs and requirements
