As a Customer Care Associate – Group Orders at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of support for our Group Order clientele. You'll receive comprehensive training to become an expert on our order platform, restaurant dynamics, and customer support best practices. As a Customer Care Associate – Group Orders at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working directly with our restaurant partners to resolve real-time order-related issues
  • Responding to customer emails and phone calls in a fast-paced, time-critical manner
  • Ensuring that Group Order operations, procedures, and systems are adhered to
  • Constructively handling or supervising order escalations and customer complaints
  • Working with management and leadership to develop and improve methods and strategies to support rapid team and platform growth
  • Being a resource to both our prestigious clients and to our valued restaurant partners, regarding all aspects of daily Group Order operations
