As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, interacting with customers through phone, live chat, and email to provide exceptional support and create raving fans for our brand. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs

- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Work flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours (8 am – 6 pm, Monday – Friday)

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies

- Familiarity with Amazon chat support or similar platforms
