As a Remote 4-Day Shift Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, chat, and email. You'll work in a flexible, hybrid remote arrangement, with the opportunity to create raving fans for careerzynith every single day. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Our Remote 4-Day Shift Customer Care Representative role requires a flexible schedule, with the following open times:

  • Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
  • Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
  • Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
  • Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
  • *Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of $17.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after a 60-day provisional period. Our benefits package includes:
