We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Care Specialist, FinOps to join our team. This role is situated in a remote setting, offering a fantastic work environment that allows you to work from anywhere in the U.S. As a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you'll be the first line of interaction with all Finance queries regarding careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Research, respond to, and resolve inquiries from our Customers within 48 hours of receiving the inquiry, prioritizing based on the customer impact.
  • Answer Customer payment and invoice questions, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist Customers with desired changes to their account, ensuring seamless and efficient experiences.
  • Assist careerzynith Employees with questions and problems, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Provide a great careerzynith Customer experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolve difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically to best assist the Customer and careerzynith.
  • Quality of work to include timeliness, completeness, and accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance standards.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Manager of FinCare.
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems, including Smartsheet's proprietary system.
  • Experience with ERP systems, including data entry and management.
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent verbal and telephone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Customers and careerzynith Employees.
  • Type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy, ensuring efficient and accurate communication.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is a function of the job, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and performance standards.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with financial software and systems, including accounting and invoicing.
  • Certification in Customer Service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of delivering results in a flexible work setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Customers and careerzynith Employees.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Smartsheet's proprietary system and other financial software and systems.
